Maintenance Staff

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for assisting with the operations, maintenance, service, and repair of property. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program, executing guest requests and other work orders as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Valid driver's license of the applicable state
• Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
• Heavy work - exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects
• Ability to work unsupervised
