Job Description
Join HolidayCheck as a Senior UX Researcher and contribute to user-centered ideas and solutions that create genuine added value. Conduct UX research projects, identify user needs, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Independent planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative UX research projects
- Identifying user needs, goals & problems and deriving clear recommendations
- Ensuring relevance, quality, and effectiveness of insights within product teams
- Supporting development of User Journey Management as a strategic steering instrument
- Proactive identification of opportunities to improve user experience, effective communication with stakeholders
- Mentoring within team, promoting user-centered mindset and UX journey
