(Senior) Business Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for a (Senior) Business Controller to join our team in Munich. As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the tour operator company. You will also monitor, analyze, and interpret financial performance data to optimize business operations and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a Business Controller in the tourism industry, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
