Director, Hull and Structure

Princess is seeking a Director, Hull & Structure to lead the development and lifecycle management of hull coating systems across the fleet. The role involves collaboration across shipboard and shoreside teams and has a broad impact on fleet operations and availability.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture or equivalent experience
• 10 Years of experience as a Naval Architect with emphasis on ship structures, hull coatings, and tank systems
• Strong understanding of corrosion protection, coatings technology, and drydock practices
• Familiarity with class rules, IMO conventions, and international ship repair standards
• Proficiency in CAD and structural analysis tools
