Job Description
Holland America Line is seeking a Performance Analytics Analyst to provide actionable insights and support data-informed decision-making for their Onboard Revenue Analytics team. This hybrid role will analyze data from multiple sources, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools to enhance analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills, business acumen, and familiarity with modern AI tools.
Requirements
- Analyze data from multiple sources to extract actionable insights and provide recommendations for improving onboard revenue.
- Work with teams across the organization to integrate business ideas with data insights.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Support the design and analysis of beta tests for new business strategies and tools, including AI/agentic solutions.
- Document methodologies and findings for future reference.
- Support multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
