Senior Manager, eCommerce Product - Search

Princess Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Product – Search to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the search and discovery experience across their digital ecosystem. This role focuses on top-of-funnel functionality, including CRL, IDP, and intelligent search, driving conversion and engagement. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable in product management, user experience, and search technologies like Coveo, and capable of collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce, user experience, and product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Coveo or similar search and recommendation engines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on eCommerce or digital platforms.
• 3+ years of experience managing search or discovery-related products.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and launching customer-facing digital products.
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or retail industries is highly desirable.
