Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Destinations Product & Experience will lead strategic oversight and operational execution of tour allocations across Carnival owned and operated destinations. This role involves product development, optimizing inventory, driving sales across various brands, and ensuring guest experience alignment. The position requires strong analytical skills, marketing expertise, and collaboration with shorex teams. This is a high-visibility role.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of destinations operations and revenue management
- Master's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (Master's preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI), data analytics tools and forecasting
- Proven experience managing projects and multiple stakeholders
