Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider by 60 days after hire required
• Complete Medical Assistant certification within 12 months after hire required
• Commitment to work for the organization post course completion for one year required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
• Ability to maintain professionalism and compassion when interacting with patients
• Flexibility to work in various medical offices
