Registered Nurse (Home Health), Part Time Days

The Registered Nurse (Home Health) provides patient-centered care, coordinates care to achieve desired outcomes, and participates in patient and family teaching. The RN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program
• Current Michigan RN License
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider
• Recent hospital experience and/or previous nursing practice experience
• 2 years prior RN experience in desired specialty area
• Prior experience with electronic patient documentation system
• Prior experience with technology common to specialty area (i.e., cardiac monitors, IV pumps)
• Bilingual
