HGXR Key Account Manager (w/d/m)

HOLOGATE is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop clients in the police and military sector, with a focus on security-critical projects and relationship-building.

Requirements

• Native-level German and very good English skills
• At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally within government, security, military, or defense environments
• Strong understanding of the specific requirements and procedures of public institutions
• High reliability, discretion, and a professional presence in security-sensitive contexts
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and appropriately to different stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple key accounts
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking skills
• Willingness to travel, including to security-sensitive locations
