Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Vice President of Global Services and secondary support to the Global Services leadership team.
Requirements
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, special projects, and other documents
- Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations
- Gather receipts and process expense reports
- Schedule and participate in Leadership Team meetings
- Draft and prepare announcements/communication
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
