Job Description
The Lead New Product Development (NPD) Engineer delivers customer-centric product strategies and designs. They lead cross-functional teams, translate requirements into implementation plans, and ensure product success. This role requires expert knowledge of surgical devices and a collaborative approach to project work. The ideal candidate is focused on innovation, problem-solving, and achieving measurable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in new product development and/or the medical device industry
- 6+ years of experience in new product development and/or the medical device industry
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge within the field of gynecological surgery
