Job Description
This is a 12-month contract Sales Support Specialist position for a DACH team in Berlin, Germany, focused on administrative support to the sales department. The role involves contract review, data maintenance, generating quotes, handling customer inquiries, and managing POs. The company is a leading global healthcare provider.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Professional level of written and spoken English and German
