Job Description
Hologic is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in product development. This role focuses on ensuring product safety, compliance, and quality through technical leadership, root cause analysis, and adherence to regulatory standards. The position requires 100% Onsite presence in Newark, DE or Marlborough, MA. The engineer will manage and troubleshoot issues, lead projects, and collaborate with other teams to improve product quality and customer experience.
Requirements
- Assume technical lead on cross-functional teams for design changes, product enhancements, and quality projects.
- Manage and troubleshoot product, process, and component issues related to complaints and customer experience.
- Develop solutions to design, process, and quality issues using engineering principles.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per FDA and other regulatory requirements.
