Job Description
Hologic is seeking a Senior Market Access Manager to oversee the Benelux & Nordics region. The role focuses on driving business growth, expanding market access, and developing a strong brand presence for Hologic's products and services. This position involves market analysis, strategy development, governmental affairs, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in health sector (e.g. Pharm D, MBA, Master, PhD)
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and health economics in the Benelux & Nordics region
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic Market Access initiatives/programs in Medical Device or Diagnostics Sector
- Successful track record of engaging and collaborating with KOLs, thought leaders, medical societies, payers, policy makers, politicians and HTA organisations
- Strong experience in governmental affairs
- Understanding of Hologic’s product portfolio and its application in the healthcare setting
