Sr Director, R&D, Cytology

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in R&D, product development, or sustaining engineering (with at least 5 years in senior leadership)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• Deep technical expertise in biology, cytology, and clinical laboratory testing practices.
• In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (FDA, ISO, CE Mark)
• Proven track record of successful product development projects
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
