Job Description
Join Holtger Bros., Inc. as an Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of foremen and their crews, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive customer relations.
Requirements
- Plan the most efficient and effective order for foremen & crews to perform tasks on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis.
- Understand equipment functionality and provide proper instructions to crews.
- Maintain positive customer relations by addressing customer needs and concerns with the Construction Coordinator.
- Ensure all activities in the assigned area reflect positively on HBI.
