CRM Analyst (f/m/d)

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our international Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience in CRM and email marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical and strategic mindset.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Email Marketing and Content Marketing
• Excellent communication skills in German (business fluent, C2 level) and English (proficient, minimum C1 level)
• Technical proficiency with CRM and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Netcore, Brevo or comparable platforms
• Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills
• Adaptable and tech-savvy, with a proactive approach to using AI tools to increase efficiency and maximize leverage in daily work
