Product Developer Watches (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Product Developer Watches with proven experience and a passion for design and innovation, to help us expand our watch collections and bring new stories to life.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of proven experience in product management, development, or production within the watch industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field
• Strong understanding of watch manufacturing processes, materials, finishes, and technical components
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, production, and supply chain teams
• Keen eye for detail, design, and innovation, with a strong appreciation for horology and current watch trends
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented and proactive approach to improving product processes, resolving challenges and pattern recognition
• Solid understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning in the watch and fashion industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in English
