Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working on Unity projects.
- Experience managing and mentoring remote teams with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Significant track record with mobile games (casual games).
- Strong understanding of mobile game development, including pre-production, effort estimation, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
