Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. This is a role for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to support Homa’s growth by working directly with the CEO to shape high-impact partnerships and corporate initiatives.
Requirements
- Background: You could be a top graduate from a leading university or a self-taught, hungry, high-IQ builder who has proven you can learn fast and think big
- Experience: 0–3 years in consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, strategy, gaming, or any environment where you had to think strategically and deliver under pressure
- Skills: Analytical and creative at once: you can break down a P&L but also pitch a deal in a way that excites a studio founder
- Passion: Deep interest in gaming, media, or tech—not just as a player, but as someone who wants to shape the industry
- Communication: Excellent communicator: clear, precise, and persuasive—whether it’s a studio founder, an investor, or your CEO
- Mindset: Above all, curious, ambitious, and unstoppable. You’d rather figure things out than wait for instructions.
