Line Cook

Home Chef is a leading meal solutions company that inspires and enables people to cook simple, delicious meals. The company is seeking a Line Cook to work in its Bedford Park, IL facility. The Line Cook will be responsible for raw food prep, washing, cutting, cooking, cooling, labeling, and portioning product for the Ready to Heat business.

Requirements

• HS Diploma preferred but not required
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must have floor presence and be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
