Scheduler

We are looking for a motivated and organised Scheduler to join our friendly office team in Belfast. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our domiciliary care service by coordinating care staff schedules and maintaining excellent communication with both clients and carers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordinating within the care sector is highly desirable
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong IT skills, including use of scheduling or care management software
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
• Flexibility to participate in the on-call rota
