We are seeking experienced AV Integration Sales Consultants to drive sales and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. HTS' focus is primarily on the luxury residential market.
Requirements
- Generating new client leads and increasing the existing client base through active sales.
- Maintain and improve existing customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis.
- Develop an understanding of HTS products & services.
- Work with sales and marketing team members to develop strategic plans and accomplish sales goals.
- Work with the sales and design team members to build audio, video, and home theater solutions that engage customers and drive profitability.
- Generate and deliver client proposals and presentations.
- Drive repeat business by providing excellent service and thorough product knowledge to customers through relationship building and solution-based sales.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their project, reconcile errors in a cost-effective manner, resolve post-order issues such as returns and follow up to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled.
- Meet with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions and provide follow-up instruction.
- Provide technical consultation for all aspects of our products, solution and service offerings.
- Represent the company with a professional demeanor and clean, professional appearance.
