Job Description
Homebase is seeking a Software Engineer (Infrastructure / Developer Tooling) passionate about building scalable systems and developer tools. The role involves designing, maintaining, and improving Homebase’s AWS-based infrastructure and internal developer experience, influencing architecture decisions, and serving as a point of contact for infrastructure needs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of engineering velocity at Homebase.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Software Development or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong background in infrastructure with experience in AWS and cloud services
- Familiarity with developer tooling and improving developer experience using data-driven metrics
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools, preferably Terraform
- Solid understanding of containerized applications and deployment processes
