The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset, a passion for creating cohesive digital experiences, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, or related field
- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Figma
- Strong proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
- Deep understanding of user psychology, behavioral science, and accessibility/inclusive design standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
