Job Description
The Vice President of Product Management will lead the growth of Homecare Homebase's portfolio of enterprise SaaS solutions supporting home-based care. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of translating complex market needs into strategic product outcomes and will partner closely with various stakeholders to align product direction with the company's strategic priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management
- 3+ years in a senior or executive leadership role
- Deep experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated success leading multiple product lines or large-scale platform efforts
- Strong technical literacy
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, lead change, and build consensus across functions and levels
- High EQ with a coaching mindset
- Strategic fluency in payer/provider economics
- Experience in build vs. buy decision-making and integration of partner technologies
- Familiarity with product lifecycle tools and Agile/Lean methodologies
