Job Description
HomeServe is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to focus on recruiting young talents, particularly in the public sector (Azubi). This role involves collaborating with schools and training providers, optimizing recruitment strategies, and acting as the first point of contact for vocational schools and other institutions. Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or completed studies in the field of personnel, psychology or BWL.
- Several years of experience in recruiting Azubi.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.
- Organizational talent for task prioritization and project management.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Proactive communication and a commitment to customer focus.
