Customer Service Representative - Claims

The purpose of this job is to provide day-to-day service and support to new and existing clients such that objectives for profitability and growth are met. The job duties and responsibilities include supporting sales programs, researching and answering calls regarding claims, advising clients regarding insurance coverage and risk management issues, and processing policy changes and cancellations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge
• Two years successful servicing experience with independent agency (or equivalent)
• Property and Casualty License
