Job Description
Process, review and organize closing files, schedule closings, locate abstracts, and prepare transferring and mortgage documentation. Respond to customer inquiries and communicate with sales associates and clients. Determine and verify title exceptions and assist with resolving title issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge
- One to two years of real estate, mortgage or title experience
- Strong computer skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and handle deadline pressures
- Effective interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, with a customer service focus
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
