Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of all branch operations, recruiting, developing, training and retaining an effective sales associate and office support team, and implementing programs and practices to meet or exceed operating objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in business related field, professional management training, or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in business related field with advanced professional management training; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
- Must be a licensed Broker.
