Sr. Title Closing Processor (On-Site)

We are seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor to join our team in Lakeville, MN. As a key team member, you will prepare closing files, work with closers, lenders, and agents, and ensure proper procedures are followed in the closing of real estate and mortgage transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge
• Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience
• Strong computer skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and handle deadline pressures
• Effective interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, with a customer service focus
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
