Job Description
Home Trust Company is seeking a skilled Underwriter, Large Commercial to join our Commercial lending team in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for adjudicating mortgage applications, assessing risk, and making prudent credit decisions.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Post secondary degree or diploma required (University degree preferred) in related area
- Certification(s)/Designation(s) preferred
- 3-5 years with mortgage lending
- Strong understanding of commercial mortgage products
- Proficient in adjudicating credit, reviewing and assessing third party reports
