Job Description
Homeward is seeking a Regional Vice President of Provider Development to drive adoption of their Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions among small rural and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) across the West region. The role requires building strong relationships with hospital executives, representing the company at industry forums, and leading the contracting process with new hospital partners.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare operations in an executive leadership position
- Deep understanding of hospital revenue cycle, financial workflows, and reimbursement models
- Proven success engaging rural or community hospital executives and fostering long-term partnerships
- Strong consultative communication skills with both clinical and administrative leaders
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented; able to partner across RCM Operations, Growth, Legal, and Product
- Mission-driven, committed to improving access and sustainability in rural healthcare
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%)
