Private customers benefit from unique, curated products that can be ordered online and delivered via express delivery. The gastronomy and hotel industry, as well as the food retail industry, are also supplied. Honest Catch stands for responsible fish consumption and is committed to the UN's sustainable development goals.
Helping to care for our existing and new customers in the sales channels Gastronomy, Hotel, and Catering (HORECA) and Fish Retail & Food Retail (LEH) with the goal of increasing sales, especially by phone.
Supporting the acquisition of new customers from the pre-opening phase to the concrete offer to the after-sales management.
Passing on the orders for the product management in the purchasing department.
Participating in training sessions to improve performance, product knowledge, and troubleshooting.
Ideally first practical experience in the commercial area, marketing, and sales.
Ideally first experience in customer consulting and customer care in the food industry.
Sales talent with a service-oriented approach, performance readiness, and enthusiasm.
Team player with high communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Structured, independent, and precise way of working.
Passion for high-quality food, ideally seafood and crustaceans.
Good IT skills.
