Field Technician - Installation

Honest Networks, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Field Technicians to install, terminate, and troubleshoot residential network infrastructure within Metro regions in New York City and the surrounding areas. This role involves working independently, using public transportation, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ethernet and coax infrastructure
• Run ethernet and coax cabling for optimal connectivity
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
• Provide guidance on network optimization and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting
• Educate customers on product usage
• Manage appointment calendar
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to appointments
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
