Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of PQE
• Civil litigation with substantial experience in drafting pleadings (including further and better particulars), witness statements and legal advice
• Experience in Exchange disciplinary action SFC disciplinary/court action will be highly regarded
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, writing and advocacy skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua is preferred)
• Professional and mature
• Work commitment
• Team player
• Efficient and able to multi-task
