Job Description
A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a Company Secretarial Manager for Board Secretariat. Responsibilities include preparing annual reports, exercising powers delegated by the Board of Directors, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and professional membership of ICAI/HKICPA
- At least 5 years of working experience as a company secretary in the banking sector is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to work independently with minimum supervision and attention to detail is essential
