A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a Director of Brokerage Channel to drive the Brokers business.
Requirements
- Achieve the sales targets of Brokerage Channel, manage its P&L and prepare sales & budget plans
- Penetrate the brokers network and build the relationship & strive for business excellence
- Formulate and implement business development initiatives to different target segments including local customers and MCV customers
- Develop promotion and marketing campaigns to enhance the relationship with business partners so as to enable the business growth
- Build various systems on sales support, training and coaching to business partners
- Work cross functionally to drive and enhance the operational processes which support the growth of the brokerage business
- Assist in planning, budgeting, organizing and executing the marketing strategies, promotions and events
- Gather market intelligence and contribute to overall product and marketing strategies of Well Link Life
- Monitor sales and operation functions to ensure all business activities comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Lead the team to achieve the business targets and provide sales team management and coach account managers to develop relevant knowledge and skills
