Job Description
A high-calibre Head of Strategy & Development is sought to formulate B2B business roadmap, implement new business model to enhance sales and support P&L of all distribution channels. Key responsibilities include managing business relationships, driving collaboration, and managing teams to achieve business objectives and financial KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in partnership management and delivering promising business results in financial service industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed negotiating and management skills
- Experience in leading and developing team
- Experience in delivering of large-scale project is preferable
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to manage the B2B platform budget and business planning
- Prominent skill to oversight and leadership for the execution of business strategies with business partners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly-proficient use of Microsoft applications
