A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Corporate Services Manager to handle building services and leasing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Studies, Building Studies, Building Management, Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years experience in property management/facilities management/project management with at least 3 years of managerial experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and with a proven track record as a team lead
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is an advantage
