Job Description
A Senior Manager, Operational Process and Risk Control is needed to assist the Head of Operation and Risk Control in establishing a risk framework for monitoring and mitigating the operational risks of a Life Insurance & Investment Platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in product development and product management in Life Insurance or/& Investment Products
- Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage and collaborate with senior management and working committee in development and execution of product strategies
- Experience in leading and developing team
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in managing different stakeholders
- Prominent skill to oversight and leadership for the execution of product & marketing strategies with business partners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly-proficient use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
