Manager - Personal Financial Services (Product Management & Acquisition FD)

We are seeking a Manager - Personal Financial Services to excel and make a difference in our organization. Key responsibilities include managing and executing monthly retention programs, planning and executing promotional campaigns, and developing and managing differentiated promotional programs/campaigns.

Requirements

• Graduate with Degree (preferably in Banking, Finance, Marketing and other relevant fields)
• Good written and oral command in English
• Proficiency in other common languages (Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin) is an added advantage
• 3 years working experience in a Banking, Marketing or Product Management role
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding sales processes is an advantage to manage frontliners/ sales channels & branches
