Requirements

• Develop regional wealth business strategic plan
• Lead and ensure effective execution of all Branch Wealth Distribution business initiatives
• Recruit and hire the right people to build a team of competent Personal Bankers
• Coach and provide required training and development to wealth front liners
• Actively engage with Regional Community General Managers to ensure alignment of organizational strategy
• Collaborate strategically with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure strategic alliances
