Staff Platform Engineer - Infra + DevOps

Honor Technology is looking for a seasoned Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable distributed systems & infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience in managing applications and infrastructure across cloud services, advanced software design patterns & architecture, operations and automation, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in a platform engineering team within a product-centric company
• Design and implement foundational patterns and libraries for Python applications
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to ensure reproducible and scalable environment setups
• Design and implement infrastructure for applications hosted on AWS
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD
• Automate the lifecycle management of code from development through production
• Instrument observability through tools such as CloudWatch and DataDog
• Scale infrastructure to meet increasing demand while managing cost effectively
• Define, instrument and measure standards for quality, security, scalability, and availability
• Deliver turn-key developer experience for local development
