Permit Coordinator Lead

This Permit Coordinator Lead role is responsible for supervising a team of Permit Coordinators and providing administrative support for permitting requirements for electric power construction projects. Responsibilities include application for permits, coordination with project staff, communication with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of related or progressive experience in permitting experience in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• ROW/Utility permitting experience is preferred.
• Clear working knowledge to know when a permit is required for construction projects.
• Work requires proficiency in the use of word processing software, spreadsheets, and email.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
