What started as a single modest residential facility grew into numerous programs providing intensive residential treatment services for adults, adolescents, women with children, outpatient and preventive services, and a supportive housing program. Job Description
Hope House is seeking a dedicated Residential Program Manager to oversee the scheduling, programming, and clinical treatment of clients in their substance abuse treatment program. The role involves team leadership, statistical data analysis, ensuring adherence to regulations, and working closely with the Admissions Department. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years full-time experience in Substance Use Disorder, or related field.
- Strong clinical and supervisory skills.
- Administrative experience preferred.
- NYS Advanced CASAC or higher credential or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Certification or Licensure (RN, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC etc.) required.
- Must maintain Licensure and Credentials at all times.
