Job Description
Mental Health organization seeking a full time Qualified Professional to work within our Intake Department. Duties include: managing referral calls; conducting intake with clients; entering information into Electronic Medical Record; tracking referrals; and developing person centered plans.
Requirements
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
- Position is not intended for licensed clinicians
- Qualifications: Human Services with a 4-year degree in Human Services with at least 2 years of experience
