Job Description
Hope Solutions is seeking an Education & Employment Specialist to provide targeted employment and education support for homeless families and individuals. The specialist will work collaboratively with program case managers and other professionals to assist clients in engaging with opportunities to increase household income and remain housed.
Requirements
- B.A. degree or substitution of experience for education
- Two years experience in the educational and/or employment fields
- Passion for and demonstrated experience successfully supporting vulnerable populations
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency in the use of Microsoft and database applications
