Job Description
Hoplite Group is seeking a Senior Cyber Operations Strategy and Policy (SME) to support a U.S. Government partner nation's cyber organization development. The role involves developing a strategic cyber organizational management strategy and a defensive cyber operations plan focused on cyber policy, workforce development, and cyber operations training. The position requires 80 hours/month during engagement months and approximately 30-40 hours/month in non-travel months.
Requirements
- Executive level professional experience at the O6/GS-15 level
- 10 years military cyberspace operations experience
- 5 years supporting joint or strategic-level cyber planning
- Proven ability to formulate and implement cyber strategies
- Experience with Joint Planning Process (JPP) and Joint Publication 5.0
- Skilled in creating and executing cyber policies and campaigns
- Experience with U.S. Cyber Command, Combatant Commands, or J6
- Demonstrated ability in conducting human-centered design exercises
- U.S. Secret Security Clearance
